One of the most talented and exciting modern dance companies around, Carolyn Dorfman Dance comes to Madison to celebrate their 40th anniversary, dedicated to the memory of her extraordinary parents, Mala and Henry Dorfman. You won’t want to miss this special performance which features excerpts from The Attitude of Doing (based on the exciting music of jazz violinist Regina Carter), NOW! (which features the creative choreography of Juel D. Lane), and PRIMA! (celebrating the great Louis Prima and Gia Maione Prima). Choreographer and Artistic Director Carolyn Dorfman has been at the forefront of modern dance for many years.
